After sitting in quite a few gliders at Babies R Us at 37 weeks pregnant, I found that this one is JUST as comfortable as the more costly ones. I had planned to use it for feeding our son; however, he always falls asleep when I hold him while using the glider - so that use is pretty much void at this point. I am pleased with the quality of it. Yes, putting it together was a bit difficult, but putting together MOST wooden things (desks, hutches, and the like) isn't THAT simple a task. My husband had it together in less than half an hour.

If you want a glider that works well and doesn't cost an arm and a leg - or in some cases more than a crib, this one is a great option.

I ordered this chair and it came with two left arms. When I sent an e-mail, faxed a dispute, and called the company, they couldn't get me a replacement arm piece for another 2 months!! This company has very poor customer service. The padding is flimsy and low quality. You get what you pay for with this glider. It's not worth the trouble. Buyer Beware.

I was quite hesitant to purchase this glider/ottoman combo after reading all of the reviews. I was determined to buy a $600 glider.....until I starting purchasing everything else we needed for the baby. Being our first baby I did'nt quite realize how expensive it would be to get ready for the baby. Anyway to make a long story short we decided to purchase this glider. I used the $15 off glider combo from Toys R Us so we really only paid $85 for the glider. I must say it looks really good, and it's pretty comfortable. My husband put it together in about 30 minutes and had no complaints. Though our baby isnt here yet I use it every day and have had no problems with it making noises. Good buy for the price, would definetely recommend.

I just got this chair a week and a half ago, and I would have to say that after reading the other 50 some reviews I was a little on the not so pleased side. I thought about it and I still bought it not only for the price but it looks great. I brought it home myself being 8 months pregnant put it together myself and ten min. later was sitting in it. I think that this chair is a great buy. I bought it at ToysRus, and got a $15 off coupon. The chair looks great no noises and the cushions are very comfortable. I give it four stars instead of five because I would have liked to have it in oak, but it is still a great chair. I'm glad that I did not listen to what everybody else wrote and tried it for myself.

This rocker is the absolute worst. It has literally broke in half, the top from the bottom after only a few months of use. I now understand why the salesperson tried so hard to sell the extended warranty, which I declined; She already knew that it was a piece of junk.I have made numerous attempts at contacting the manufacturer, Jardine Enterprises but no one ever answers or returns the call-so much for customer service. I regret purchasing this item and will never purchase anything else manufactured by this company again.
