Customer Service a HUGE disappointmentTuesday, December 14, 2004
The order was lost. Customer Service at Wine Country was not helpful at all. Directed me to call Fed Ex to try to locate the package. Then, when I called them back to tell them that Fed Ex had admitted to losing the package, they gave me the run-around about getting a refund or issuing a new package to be sent. Finally, they instructed me to call Amazon to get my money back. Not customer friendly at all!!

WARNING. The following sentence is misleading:
No S&H - Price includes Ground Shipping and Handling - Limited-time Offer!
This does not mean the shipping is free. It means the price of the item includes shipping and handling. The gift basket costs $29.95. S&H is $7.95. When I pointed this slippery wording out to amazon and the vendor, they blamed each other.
Why is this offer for a limited time??? It may be more than the cheese that stinks.
