4 of 5 stars  So underrated, WestCoastFans will NOT be dissapointed
Sunday, November 02, 2003
Rappin' 4-Tay became a known name to me when I heard Tupac's song ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME where he is featured...
So I bought his album OFF PAROLE and thought it was doper than dope so I bought this album as well.
At first I was dissapointed becouse the beats sounded bad to me at the time but then I took a closer listning and started loving it.
It's one of my fav WEST COAST albums now and I would advice all whoc are fans of Snoop Dogg, E40 & Dogg Pound to peep this one out, 4-tay's flow is unique and the lyrics is bangin.

"Tear the Roof Off" is the coolest track, with a funky guitar line and some kicka** flow 4-tay represents...
"Just Cause I Called You A B*tch" and "Can U Buckem'" to me is few of the best from the west coast ever (Not counting Tupac since he goes beyond the west to me)

5 of 5 stars  Great Rapper
Monday, November 18, 2002
This is a great album to listen to....4 Tay knows how to make rap music that sounds different from all the ones that have overdone bass pounding beats today. Even though I dont listen to rap too much I love this album. It has great structure and rhythym of beats and great instrumentals, they are all very original too. Its definite must have for any ones rap collection, or otherwise :-P. Its too bad that 4-Tay's older albums are all out of print now that Ruthless Records has went of business.

5 of 5 stars  How could anyone give a bad review to this album?
Thursday, August 17, 2000
4tay is one of but a few ganster rappers who showed things how they were-- without glorifying the lifestyle. His delivery is buttery smoothe and good to listen to. When I was in high school, this is the only tape that remained in the car for a long period of time-- we went through everyone from Amaad to Ant Banks.

This tape is a fun one to listen to. On it you have both Players' Club and I'll be around, which are still classic tracks. I dunno whose going to stumble by this review and this page, but if you have a chance, drop some cash and give this a listen. Your time will be well spent....

4 of 5 stars  Bay Area rap at its best...
Thursday, May 25, 2000
This is the epitome of Bay Area rap.

What's funny is the people from other parts of the country bought the album because of "Players Club" but just can't get into the thick Bay Area sauce on the other tracks. Don't feel bad. It's not where you're from, it's where ya at...

There is one good song on the CD then the rest just drives me crazy and I want to pull my hair out like LanP.
