Album Description
Gourishankar is one of Osho's active meditations, which includes a breathing technique, witnessing and a let-go stage. This technique consists of 4 stages of 15 minutes each. The 1st two stages prepare the meditator for the spontaneous Latihan of the 3rd stage. Osho has said that if breathing is done correctly in the first stage, the carbon formed in the bloodstream will make the meditator as high as if on Gourishankar (Mt. Everest).
